Sanjay Kumar – Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Sanjay Kumar is a seasoned construction and technology executive with over 25 years of multidisciplinary experience spanning civil construction, infrastructure development, and enterprise technology leadership.
His professional journey began during his college years while pursuing Civil Engineering at a premier institute, where he gained early, hands-on exposure to construction execution and project coordination. Over the course of his career, Mr. Kumar has successfully contributed to and led a diverse range of projects, including commercial retail developments, restaurants, hotels, medical buildings, daycare facilities, assisted living facilities (ALF), hotel-to-ALF conversions, and large-scale infrastructure projects.
His infrastructure experience also includes transmission line tower erection, foundation works, conductor stringing, and end-to-end project management, providing him with deep technical and operational insight into complex, high-risk construction environments.
In addition to his construction background, Mr. Kumar holds a Master of Engineering in Computer Technology and Applications and an MBA, equipping him with strong strategic, financial, and organizational leadership capabilities. He has held management and leadership roles with globally recognized organizations including Amdocs, Convergys, AT&T, EMC, Accenture, Verizon, IBM, and SAE (RPG Transmission Line). His experience across telecom software, enterprise systems, and infrastructure projects enables a unique integration of technology, process efficiency, and construction execution.
