Sanjay Kumar has involved in construction work for over 25 years as when he joined college to study Civil Engineering from premiere institute, involved in commercial retail building for restaurant, hotel development, construction of Medical building , Daycare, conversion of hotel for assisted living facility, ALF development, Transmission line tower erection, stringing, foundation and management experience.

Sanjay Kumar has Masters of Engineering degree in Computer Technology and Application, he has worked in telecom software, and leading companies like Amdocs, Convergys, AT&T, EMC, Accenture, Verizon, IBM, SAE (RPG Transmission Line) at various management level.
